Is there going to be LASER AMS?

No.

There is future technology called Reflective Armor that is more effective against beam weapons, but that is 3058 tech so not likely to show up in MWO. It's also half as effective against certain kinds of attacks, many of which are not in MWO so there wouldn't be any downside (aside from crit space) or counter for it.

He means lasers which shoot down missiles without using ammo. (LAMS)

It's been in other games before and is canon.

The Clan AMS uses a Laser. It's basically the same as ours, but has infinite ammo while producing a small heat buildup while it's firing. So basically the answer is yes.
