Have you ever been shooting a mech, and just when you though it would die, it doesnt, but then a couple seconds later when your about to send another barrage of weapons into its armorless torso and it suddenly dies before you pull the trigger, and the game announces that you were the one who scored the kill?
Or worse... the mech falls right as you are firing another shot but it actually falls and gives you credit before the weapons actually strike them, which basically makes you waste your shot and generate heat unecessarily.
Just want to point out that my ping is normally 30-50. Also Ive only really been noticing this since the last patch

This is not a property of your ping, but of your victim's ping.
Also, seriously... you score a kill and then give a xxx about the ammo or heat used in a single more salvo?

Ammo explosions seem to have a delay on them, it's probably what you've been seeing. Maybe.
