I think the forum mods are going to far you cant even place a topic or post without them sending it off to BFE on the forums lets see how long this one lasts in general?

To be honest if I was running things a lot of people would be getting pink slips on Tuesday.

Thanks for your time but we don't need your services any longer.

They are required to stick to the CoC and TOS. And these forums are filled with morons, asshats and d bags personally I dont think the mods are strict enough. I never have my topics moved, nor do I get admonished by mods very often. Perhaps its not them, but the asinine forum users forcing their hands.

Whenever you put power in the hands of a "volunteer" they always take great liberties with said power. When it comes to forum mods I have yet to see a volunteer who didn't choose to project his/her own issues into an arena where he/she finally has power over others. Don't lose any sleep over it, bad mods have more issues than could ever be properly explored here. Just rest easy in the knowledge.

Threads (including a few of my own) get canned when they're not constructive (like this one), inflammatory (like this one) or repeats. (like this one)

If a thread is a repeat of an official one, it'll get canned and directed to the official one.. as a few of mine have.

So yes, this will more than likely get canned, it's not constructive, it's inflammatory.. and it definitely isn't the first like it.

I was referring to my topic on STO vs MWO which I praised each company for there efforts and was conversing on possible future add on for MW) so I see no reason it should have been booted to BFE on the forums and not discussed.

it doens't make a squat difference what one person posts on the forums.

if the devs had a clue they would actually listen to what the forums say. it will save them a lot of work, like with the coolant flush, it saved them the trouble of implementing a system nobody would like and then going back to redo.

We've all seen them be a little overzealous sometimes, but saying they're rabid is probably going a bit overboard.
