okey so i was updating the latest new patch today and when it was 3/6 the pc freezed so i just restarted it while patching but when i try to open the patch again it starts as 1/3 and stop at the same point it was before restarting and give me the warrning when u close the game while patching and sasy close game or cancel but when i press cancel to continue the patch it doesn't it just keep sticking at the same place any one can help me with that or to try to delete the new patch and redownload it ?

I would try an uninstall/reinstall. Start with Add/Remove Programs.

so no other way than just re download the whole game

well, with computers and their software its process of elimantion, since we can't tell exactly what is wrong with the game and use duct tape to fix, try tuokaerf suggestion, not much else you can do

Also, what's your Internet connection like? You could be getting dropped.
