Was going to say something like this. Making software and keeping the fans happy with a stream of info are two absolutely separate jobs. It's extremely tiring and counter-productive to try to keep up with both at once.

They should really market this game on the cammo. There is more than enough of it and more to come.
Cammo Warrior Online Beta: "because looking good is about all we can accomplish for you on a regular basis at this time."
or
Cammo warrior Online beta: "we get paid to make you cammo and not game content."
ClashWarrior: Camo for decorative purposes only. Buy some camo that you'll almost never be able to use in the appropriate environments. Just imagine how cool you'll look showing up in desert camo in the snow, and alpine camo in the desert!

Oh yeah! Those development costs do seem high! Does it really cost that much to make a singe mech model!?!?! Are Bryan's and Russ's time so valuable that discussing models in a meeting incurs a high cost too?!?!?!

How vile. You cannot discern anything from body language. Tacking on various interpretations of what it "really is" is disgusting, and straight from the trees.
No one is obligated to talk to you about anything. The monthly updates they do are because they want to, they certainly don't have to.

I am just 13 mins in where Chris Roberts is responding to a question about the antagonisms between a community's sense of ownership over a product Vs well, I hope later in the video it is the case of PGI on the other side of the Vs.

I saw a quote on that actually, I think it was near the beginning of the 3rd person thread. The dropship Mode has been tossed in favor of some lobby system with the same name.

That's why they palnned it on a quiet week, since we are on a quiet week->patch week schedule.
As far as body language of those two go, it is a clear case of stage fright. On the other hand, Chris has thousands of interviews under his belt and knows how to chill out the right way.
As far a sbreaking down of development process goes, we have that too: http://www.penny-arc...ricate-birth-of
And lastly, the War Thunder is in development since 2009. It is pretty obvious it will have more content.
Well it IS funny they drop the 3rds person thread then runn off to be busy... like dropping a whale from orbit on the forums

A whole stream of new consciousness that abruptly ended when the planet it met actually did not want to be friends with it.
The bowl of petunias was a more accurate descriptor for here.

um .. ok..
tbh, both sides of the discussion that evolved are imo correct.
I too LOVE.. LOVE the game and things are indeed better..... than they were.. but all in all it just seems so.... drawn out, especially concerning CW in whatever form that takes.. It seems to me that engaging in battles that have meaning is something that is VERY VERY important to i would say a majority of the playerbase..
I think I would feel alot better if I actually knew what the numbers of players were.
It seems like there are quite alot as in my elo bracket its always people i dont recognize, but still. Id like to know.
The fact remains, the longer it takes for the devs to get everything in place as far as CW and modes and content etc, the more stressed and impatient the playerbase becomes.. The more likely they are to have their eye turned by something new..
I gotta say, war thunder... looked... damn good..
I think a good analogy is mwo is this really nice girl, a great girl, who keeps saying" baby, Im gonna let you get it" but it just is hugs and kisses month after month after month..
We all know how that generally turns out.
Like I said in OP , its more of an uneasy feeling, I just hope the devs know that even though the BT fanbase is psycho loyal, everyone has limits .
then again , if we are pulling in 4000 players at a time per night, everything ive said is moot.
