That's gonna be a difficult one. You'd likely need access to your email account to prove who you are. Email tech support, explain the situation, and give them your identifying information. It'll need to match what was required for signing up.
Also good to reference this thread when doing so.

Aye, hotmail is now outlook. And yeah, more then likely had my account jacked, saw some intreseting messages that I never sent, about 50 emails that I never sent. Managed to get the account back via telephone and credit card ect.
I will be changing all important accounts over to a new email address shortly.

I will move this thread down to Website and Forum support.
You can try to contact a member of the Support Staff via PM from your MW:O account and see what they have to say, but I cannot guarantee that they will be able to make any kind of immediate fix.

Giving you a quick answer...
YOU CAN'T CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IN MWO.
And they won't be able to give you and ETA when the feature (which should be standard) will be implemented.
I for one have been waiting for at least 8 months now.
Meanwhile it would be a good idea to just log a ticket anyway to prove your identity and keep that ticket number should you need to prove you are indeed the owner of that account from and alternative email address.
