I guess its hard to say without even playing a game but i guess i will do all roles until i find one i enjoy most.

My natural style is to go for a flanking dps type ... LRM's and medium - long range direct fire weapons.

This I think will lend itself well to the command or attack roles.

But only time will tell.

I would either play as indirect fire support (Catapult) or a scout (Cidada). I know these roles are prety much opposite but they interest me most.

Im going to play either as fire support, or mid/close range brawler in either defense or offense.

For myself, something light or medium with some decent speed. I plan on being the torn in ones side by trying to get some cover and flank around again if possible. Pop off a few more shots, rinse and repeat. At least that is one plan....for now. Would mind indirect fire support as well.

Because of my play style mostly an assualt role. In my experience battles of this type will devolve into very close range fights ,
so something that can absorb dammage and dish it out .

I like to provide fire support while the close range guys move in, but I will probably try to fill in whatever role is missing from the match.
