If you look closer, it's actually 8v8. The enemy had a premade team made of three dudes so it put the odd man out in his own lance.

It happens. If you look when there's 12 vs 8, 4 of the names are repeated on the opposite team.

Looks like they fixed that bug in the last patch. This time... dude just switched lances.
