Bump. I still get this problem and its not down to hardware. What audio setting is your speakers or headphones at? 2.0,5.1 etc

I dunno, really. I'm not sure how to check it in Win7. I'm an WinXP kinda guy until just recently. I use a pair of USB Steelseries headphones.

I've had audio cracks and pops with MW since closed beta.
I gave up a long time ago on them fixing it, it's the only game that does it as well.

Increasing my s_StreamBufferSize seemed to fix it for me.
in user.cfg
s_StreamBufferSize = 196608
