The ECM shows up with Disrupt mode. How come the BAP doesn't display in your weapons layout with "Detect" mode listed? Thanks!

Are there two BAP modes? I didn't think there were. And if it's just one then it doesn't matter.

Heat sinks and CASE don't show up either. As BAP has no ammunition and no alternate modes, there's no need to show it there.
Now, it might stand to have an alternate mode, but that's a conversation for another thread.

ECM has two user-switchable modes. BAP is entirely passive. No need to show it at all.
In case you didn't know (because I found somebody yesterday who had no idea) ... you can use the J key to switch ECM from Disrupt mode to Counter mode to counter an enemy ECM field so you can fire Streaks at it. Just make sure to switch back to Disrupt mode to protect yourself again, as Counter mode doesn't provide any ECM protection.

When you add equipment onto your mechs it would be nice to see it is equip, even if there is only one mode. Heck I can't remember which builds have which equipment listing it at least lets you know if your current build has it or not. Not listing it is a guessing game. Not to mention you might forget BAP is install, as you never see it and it would be helpful to know to remove it for better equipment.

It's listed in the mechlab summary. Stop trying to get the UI cluttered up with useless crap because you're too lazy to check before you drop.
