Stealthy Tigers - MPBT:3025 (Lt_Poncho_ST)

Dropped with many Tigers, HoS and other units mainly on the Marik front, hurting their feelings in the drop lobby (Cpt. Ugly was so harsh we were known as the Sh!t Talkers [ST] by Marik) then puncturing their Mechs with a BlackJack; enjoyed the ebb and flow of the many campaigns that happened over the short beta. Best part of it all was the shared experience with such quality players making up an excellent community. Previously enjoyed many of the BattleTech/Mechwarrior PC games and consumed many FASA's publications, sourcebooks and rulebooks.

Looking forward to contributing to this House, Unit and Community.

Name: Athena Hart

Group: CO: Hart's Commando's (CBT/Mechwarrior)

Background: Born on Hesperus II, Daughter of one of the technicians working for Hesperus Industries. Athena was raised around Battlemechs, her father, whom she barely knows is one of Wolf's Dragoons and had a "fling" with her mother during a contract on Hesperus II. She attended college on Hesperus II as a qualified Battlemech technician (with honors) and for a few years worked for Hesperus Industries as a Technician and Test pilot for new Hatchetman models. She decided she wanted more than to just be a tech, using her accumulated funds she purchased a Hatchetman and petioned to join Wolf's Dragoons.

Though no position was available, her blood ties to the Dragoons allowed her to contact other mechwarriors who also, though skilled, were not selected by the Dragoons. Together, with her at the head they formed their own mercanary company, Hart's Commando's. They have an exclusive contract with House Steiner and when not stationed elsewhere, garrison Hesperus II.

Other Interests: Athena is an Elite Battlemech Pilot and an Elite Technician. She enjoys dancing, moonlight walks on the beach (in her Hatchetman), and decapitating battlemechs.

Note: This is mainly RP as I'm actually a GUY. This character was based of a professional dancer I knew who danced for the Deja Vu clubs under the name "Tori". When I told her I made a character based on her she was flattered. I'd incude a pic' of her, but all I have of her is in a signed copy of the Deja Vu magazine in which she's unclothed, so not appropriate here. No.. I won't link those pics anywhere.

And as you'll see in the Sig, I used the Centurion as I don't expect to see the Hatchetman in MWO due to the lack of Melee combat.

It had a super universe map with planet ownership and interface for setting up battles. Played Mechwarrior, MW2/3/4, MC1/2. Basically followed the series until the franchise went dormant. Also played battletech back in the day.

Background: I was part of the Lyran Commonwealth High Command in The Flaming Sword League, when Mechwarrior 4 was the game to play. I ran around with Killdare, Buffalo 6, Hondo, Silent, Archer, Rasta and many others whose names I cannot recall but whose friendship was appreciated back in the day. I was also affiliated with the Lyrans through the Blue Star Irregulars Mercenary Unit in the MechCommander days, under the Command of Colonel Rusty. Everything sort of went to pieces after 9/11, at least when it came to Mechwarrior. There was also further affiliation with House Steiner via the Eridani Light Horse, which I was also a member of for a time.

I know many of the guys still play online games together like Star Trek Online and City of Heroes.

Other Interests: After I stopped playing Mechwarrior 4 online, I got into the tabletop, backing ComStar and the Word of Blake. Since they're not really options in this game, I'm trying to get back to my roots...
