;) Been following the game for some time now in "stealth mode" figured I'd pop out of shadows and make my support for House Steiner official! :P

Name: WuhSawBe

Group: The Social Generals

Background: Played the Tabletop Game and CCG waaay back in the day, and the MW:DA Clix game. *shudders* I also played MW 1-3 (missed MW4), Mechassault 1, 2, and the handheld version. I also watched the cartoon when I was a wee kid. (Started watching that again @ age 29, just for giggles!)

Other Interests: General Tabletop and Boardgaming fan. This game has rekindled my nostalgia for the BT Universe, and I'm picking back up playing the BT Tabletop game with Lyran Commonwealth (3rd Royal Guards) and Clan Jade Falcon (Gamma Galaxy). Played a lot of MMOs: WoW, WAR, SWTOR, EVE, STO, and LoL as well. I'm also a PvP addict!

There ya go, now where's ma Atlas at?!? (for scouting, of course!)

Name: Vyshus (former callsign "Polaris")
Group: <House of Shadows>
Last Assignment in MPBT: Colonel, 17th Skye Rangers
Previous Assignments: Colonel, SgTC (Sanglamore Training Cadre)
Colonel, Narhal's Raiders and proud member of the original Lost Sheep
Every assignment before that rusted in my mind like all the destroyed Laio mechs we left behind in our wake.

Other Interests: Reading, other MMO games.

It's good to see alot of old friends here. Look forward to catching up with y'all.

Yeah, I got a text message from the storage lot owner that's had my Cat-K2 stored. He said it started back up on its own. :)

Name: only known by callsign "Elthorion"
Group: no affiliations known
Background:
Little is known about this mech warrior. Being raised as typical lyrian he seems to have a strong financial backbone and vast resources. While speaking german as mother tongue he also knows english and little french. His fighting style varies greatly. Sometimes in an good old "scouting Atlas" and fighting all-out, sometimes defensive and almost passive... or hidden from sight and scouting the enemy lines.
Other Interests: drinking scotch

ooc:
Played nearly all MW-parts with addons... but too long ago to really remember.
Read all BT-books... but too far-spread to really remember anything.
... and by the way... who are you? *dontremember*

I'm over 30, please help me climb my atlas!

Name: Gary
Callsign: FunkyLilElf (formerly Elf or Elfy)
Group: looking to hook back up with the Apache guys
Last Assignment in MPBT: 6th RCT Apache, <SW> Shadow Warriors under ZMan

Played just about every form of BT, from tabletop to Solaris, and the pay for play when it was Kesmai. All versions of MW.
Claims to fame: While in BT Solaris, I attained #2 rank in Meds for some time in my Wolverine. Had a good run there. I miss my Wolvie.

Looking so forward to this game. Hoping I bump into some of my old buds while playing too. Oileater, Grip, Lucky, WildHog, Cub, Baboo, Hohokam and a lot more that I am sure that my old brain just can't recall.

See you around all,
FunkyLilElf

Group: None yet
Background: Been playing since the early games. Had the first mechwarrior for snes, went down to north pier in Chicago and played there. MW2, MW3, Mechcommander. It's been too long since a good battletech game has come out and the promise of group play with tactics is too appealing to pass up.

Name: Phalse

Group: BlackHearts (Assigned to Ford Theatre along the Marik border in MPBT: 3025)

Background: I was introduced to the tabletop game by my RL friend who goes by the callsign Damecles on these forums. Played all the games since Crescent Hawks Inception, and discovered MPBT when I visited a game shop where it was being played. Promptly raced home and played obsessively until the game was finally shut down. Made the move over to MW4 afterward, and a couple MMO's after that before my online playing time fell off to the point where I was only playing sporadically, and lately almost not at all, but the Black Hearts aren't getting rid of me that easily. The OP, Moku, was one of the first people I met in MPBT and his 10SR lance taught me the basics of lance play, so thanks for that. I later took those lessons and taught Starkiller how to play the game. Don't ask him, though, he won't remember.

Other Interests: My interests are wide and varied, ranging from Battleforce to Battlespace.

Name: Thomas (a.k.a. Graham "Walls" Wallace)

Group: None as of yet, but I'd like to join an Isle of Skye unit.

Background: Mechwarrior 2, 3, 4 (Vengeance, Black Knight, Mercenaries). Read many of the novels; I especially enjoyed the Twilight of the Clans series. Mainly a medium-heavy 'Mech pilot. I've been a fan of the franchise as far back as I can remember.

Other interests: Played some pen-and-paper RPGs (DnD 3.5, 4th edition, 40k Deathwatch) along with MOBAs like League of Legends. Avid dogfighting game and sci-fi fan. Anybody remember Echelon? That game was a blast!
I'm a licensed private pilot with a bird of my own. Get me started on it, and I'll talk your ear off.

Salute!

Rune' Von Stieleiche
CallSign: WarHorse

Commander of the Royal New Capetown Military Academy for the www.housesteiner.com Faction. I'm retired creator and Commander of the DarkStar Alliance Mercenary Force (DSA). My Faction has established a Communications HUB for any and all House Steiner Factions and Mercenary units loyal to House Steiner. The HUB operates outside MWO game mechanics. We are attempting to attract as many Factions as possible to the HUB. If we are successful I anticipate House Steiner presenting a strong and united front in MWO. Factions will communicate and coordinate through the HUB thus circumventing any comms issues and limitations encountered within the MWO "in game" Steiner Force. We use TS3 for voice comms plus chat, PM's and website posts for all Faction/HUB Comms.

This is an aggressive and innovative project. We welcome all Steiner and Loyal Mercenary Factions to join in this effort. Visit our HUB and Register yourself and your Faction. Join our united effort.

Regards,

WarHorse....Out!
