I feel the changes to PPCs.was pretty bad. The ER is too hot and the standard not doing any damage under 90m is kind of lame. It's simply too risky to use a PPC when someone can hug you and start laughing as they rip you apart. I'll take a LL over a PPC ANY day. Make that EVERY day

The ER is now too hot, too. I used to use 1 or 2 on many of my mechs, even after the crappy sound change they made. But, it's just not worth it now. Back to LL's, which saves me space, weight, and heat, for nearly the same damage. The fact that it is not spread around doesn't make it worse in every situation. In fact, it's better that way in some situations.

I'm pretty sure they will realize that the PPC changes were not good overall and will do something to bring them back. They overdid it and took two steps backwards...soon they will take one step forward.

P.S. If anyone knows how to replace a weapon sound, please let me know. PPCs sound like {Scrap}.
