I'm a member of Clan Wolf since MW2 and always hoped to be able to fight along my clan-brothers again. with the recent silence of the ISN NewsFlash i'm confident that it will happen soon. i was interested in knowing how long everyone else is with clan wolf.

Hail trothkin!

Since MW2 of course :) i guess you too, like all the others MW2 players i know, were not able to complete the first CW mission, quiaff?

It is PGI's silence that scares me, looks like they challenged Clan Wolf and the invading Clans to a Trial of Grievance and won. Rumors are that might even reset the timeline to 3049/3050 when introducing the Clans.

Oh,and some trashborn could argue that you use too many contractions for a Clanner :D

If you are interested in joining a Clan Wolf unit, i reccomend you to visit our website http://www.clan-wolf.info and our recruitment thread http://mwomercs.com/...wclan-wolfinfo/ for all the info you will need.

Skill,
see you in the battlefield!

not sure about the first mission, because i haven't played it for quite some years now and my memory is pretty bad. only thing i know is that the tutorials were the hardest thing ever because i'm german and the game was in english and i didn't understand english very well when i was a child.

i hope you're wrong about pgi's trial of grievance but i fear that it might be true.

your offer to join a unit sounds quite interesting, but i prefer going on my own. and, to be honest, i'm quite terrible at this game. if you'd see my stats you'd propably rather have me as enemy than being an ally lol

no problem, when i started the game i was not very good, too. If you play with us you can ask questions, make practice and learn from the veterans' tips, You are german and i would like to have in the Clan more european players from a similar or same timezone.. If you change your mind you know where to find us and our TS address :)

Since MW2, reading about the Clans in the archive was what got me into the TT.

Also MW2. My dad had the DoS version, and ever since that into first played I loved the game. Then after some reading I decided wolf was the place for me. (and then the exile later on of course) =D

Well,my invite in our unit is extended to you :P we have some australians, too. And most of us are Warden
And in CW we will be the CW Alpha Galaxy, which left with Phelan Kell in the exile.

@CylonerM: the thing is, being new doesn't count as an excuse anymore, i guess, since i've played 300 to 400 matches already. i'm just very bad.

EDIT: just looked at my stats. actually it's more like 700 matches played so far. see for yourself:

MechWarrior Credits: 0

Kills / Death: 284 / 493

C-Bills: 7,232,920

Experience Points: 306,682

Wins / Losses: 344 / 416

Kill / Death Ratio: 0.58

Accumulative C-Bills Per Match: 83,327.33

Avg. XP Per Match: 403.53

@Naja: same for me ;)

Well,if you wish, you can play with us as "Casual" not being a member of the Clan, but maybe you will become a better warrior

thanks but i'd hate bringing dishonour to my clan by being a terrible warrior. i'd rather join the jade falcons, that could help you much more. :)

With respect to the Clans, vis-a-vis MW:O, Bryan Eckman has stated "We will not make the same mistake again"

do not expect to see the Clans we know from the fiction and games.

They will be like numetal - Neutered metal.

Well, you could try,Clans abhor wasting a potential warrior.. But if you wish you can get yourself shot down and taken as Bondsman by the Jade Pigeons. You will regret us ;)

Before this game went beta hot, I was lined up to be in Wolf's Dragoons. I have played Clan Wolf since 1992 on the TT. And in one of the old MW2 mercs leagues I was with a Clan Wolf unit, call signed "Grinner" If the Clans come to this game I will fully switch over to the Wolves. 13th Wolf Guard would be nice. But any home that accepts an oddball driver. Nova, Summoner, Timberwolf, Warhawk, Dire Wolf will be in the garage, beside my Atlas and Awesome.

Good to see some veterans still around here!

In the future i may buy 3 more bays for Clan 'Mechs, and my hangar will probably look like this: Catapult C1, Catapult K2, Jenner-i-always-forget-its-version, Shadow Hawk, Timberwolf, Mad Dog, Stormcrow.

The Remeberance-

We are Clan Wolf, Children of Keresnky.
We carry honor of his name on our shoulders, as our fathers did before us.
The Rememberance speaks to us of the evil in man's will,
for the reason for Exedus and the Travel. It is written we must return.
Return and protect that which is unique among the stars.
Arcadia is our destiny and our right as we are the last of the Wardens.
We will protect it to the end.

My favourite quote from the Remembrace :P So many years since i first heard these words..
