I notice it has two tiers unlocked if you purchased it when It first came out or something like that. I have done that but still don't have any of those things that it says unlocked. Can someone please explain this to me. Thanks.

You won't get them until Phoenix is released in October.

The only thing you should have gotten is the Premium Time that came with the Phoenix package you bought. You can use it now by pressing the Activate button in the game client (assuming you got one of the packages that included PT).

Thanks guys... How will the game ever get good if you don't spend money to let them make it good? The I like the game I mean there is something's that need to be fixed but overall the game is pretty sick.

Don't waste your time listening to comments like this. The game is great . Just to many people expect everything handed to them on a silver platter.

LAMO!!! I am excited for it to come out today. I am on night shift and can't sleep now cause I am waiting for them to come out. lol.. I will be so tired tonight.

Or we expect what was promised to us over a year ago when we paid for it. But you know, silver platter works too.
