The fallowing Mechs available for individual purchase with MC and/or C-Bills
Oct 15, 2013: Locust
Nov 20, 2013: Shadowhawk
Dec 18, 2013: Thunderbolt
Jan 22, 2014: Battlemaster
Feb 18, 2014: Griffin
Mar 18, 2014; Wolverine
All of the Mechs in the Phoenix Project are 6 of the 9 "Reseen". Which, is part of the reason the Locust isn't really recognizable. Which, leaves the Marauder, Goliath, and Scorpion. Since MWO will not support 4-Legged Mechs. That leaves the Marauder as the only one left. Given that it will be a "Reseen" version. There is a good chance it will hardly be recognizable like the Locust is.
I wish for the announcement of the last "Reseen" the MWO can support. The "Reseen" Marauder.
Which, looks like this:

Several mechs within the Mechwarrior universe are closely related to mechs in other franchises, like Macross. As such, they cannot be used in Mechwarrior titles without heavy alterations without sparking lawsuits. Thus, they are referred to as "Unseen" mechs.

Think in the NGNG podcast Garth said Knockdown physics are almost complete they just need to find the proper balance before introduction ( Aka no more bowling dragons )
Also Fixed weigth limits for premades implemented. So bye bye Lyran scout lance.

If your trying to hit a spider with a ballistic based gun...then your doing it wrong. LPL and MPL are the best at taking down those elusive spiders, and to a limited extent 2+ LL on the same arm/torso works well.
However it is quite satisfying when you DO hit one with a gauss/PPC/AC20, they tend to go BOOM right afterwards.

That last bunch are from Macross, which Harmony Gold sits on like it's a gold mine.
The first six are from Dougram and Crusher Joe and are (obviously) okay to use.
The middle three, well the Goliath and Scorpion are quads, so they won't be coming to MWO any time soon, and AFAIK the Marauder is also a Macross design and won't be entering MWO in any recognizable form in the foreseeable future.
For more info, see http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Unseen and http://www.sarna.net/wiki/Reseen- the Macross 'mechs are currently unavailable due to Harmony Gold not being interested in licensing them (or perhaps they just ask way too much money for them, who knows).
