I simply wanted to suggest adding a time value to each player pressing the "Ready" button.

For example:

The timer starts with 60 seconds and 23 players ready up instantly.
Give each player a time value (2 seconds)
since 23 players readied up that removes 46 seconds from the timer.
The timer is now shortened to 14 seconds and if the final player readies before that time is up the match begins, otherwise the ready players must wait the 14 seconds to start the match.

The 2 seconds per player ready is only a suggestion and it could be tweaked to whatever the devs decide is appropriate.

This method allows for organized 12 mans to still have control of 24 seconds plus the mandatory 12 seconds on the clock giving them a chance to sort lances in 36 seconds if the whole enemy team readies up instantly.

Just a thought!

+1 I like that. It prevents one person from slowing it down for 23 others
