I've been getting "The Connection to the Server has been Lost" messages all day, but only in the main client, not in-game so far. I also had some trouble logging in to the forums, with something like "The Servers are not Responding" being returned.

I keep having trouble logging in to the game, and just had a match where each person, one by one, was disconnected (including me). When I logged into the forums it took 3 attempts to get in.

Same to me after the phoenix patch. My premium time was wasted because the server frequently kicking out from game or lobby . Please fix this asap because I payed for the game time not the wasted time....Thx.

Crashes can happen i'd like to hear a confirmation and some generic "We know the issue, and are working on it" from the officials though

This is not the first time it has happened. Whatever is going on occurs relatively often enough IMO to do serious research on.

By "often", I mean at least once a week.

I sincerely hope you take reports of mass disconnects seriously (especially when it has been reported in the support forums). It's OK when this occasionally happens, but the frequency of when these things have occurred is way too frequent for an online game (it has been increasing recently). It is completely undesirable to see a "ghost town" of players for any game and its servers due to instability.
