No Indication Of Damage

Damage can be received with no audible or visual indication. The sound of weapon impact on your 'mech and the visual damage indicator are missing.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log into MWO.
2. Start a game.
3. Get shot repeatedly and have no idea it's happening.

Think this is a known issue, but will wait for all of those (oh, so many) wiser that me to weigh in.
