So I was waiting for the maintenance to finish for your billing system, as 10pm to 1am is prime play time on the australian east coast. So at just after 8pm it's back up so i try it.

Declined.....so i tried it again...same.
Did you guys change policies lately? or providers or something?
We guess it can wait....

My question for my fellow international forum ppl is, Have you noticed a change in or had trouble buying points in the last month?
