So I have 2 monitors set up, 1 HDMI and 1 DVI both same resolution(1024x768). Everything in game works just fine, but the Menu after you hit play and you can form a Lance or edit your mechs, It stretches across both my monitors and there is no way to resize the window. I'm hoping someone else has maybe a fix for this issue.
I'll follow the thread in case any more information is needed.

OK, two questions:
First off why are you running dual monitors (which is great, I do too) in a resolution that nobody uses much anymore? Are they 4:3 ratio? If they are widescreen (I don't even know how you'd get two 4:3 monitors) you should have them both set to a resolution like 1920x1080, or something.
Anyway, now that this curiosity is over, to address your answer:
Go into the options and set the game mode for "Windowed, No Border" and then choose an in-game resolution from there. Really Windowed, No Border is better than Fullscreen in every possible way, but is doubly nice if you running twin monitors, as it will prevent many funky things from happening that occur in regular FS.
EDIT: MW:O is probably freaking out because encountering a single 4:3 monitor is kind of rare, two is almost unheard of - the game resolution might be wide so it thinks both monitors are the same monitor.
