Anybody remember this? Kinda light weight, fastish tabletop mini game about spaceships?

If so, did anyone who remembers have the "Black Guard" expansion?


You know the black ship on the cover of the expansion? Was listed as a "Talon" in the book.

When I was a kid I ordered a pack of Talons and got an entirely different ship.


Just found the old source book, remember the ship ID fiasco, got a wild hair and decided I'd search up to see what that badarse looking thing on the cover actually was. All my searches just turn up the Talon I got the mini of.

Can't find the ship from the cover anywhere.

The ship you seek may never have been more than the artists creative license, the same goes for the miniature model. Sadly I never played nor do I remember Silent Death or the Black Guard.

I never played either. Couldn't find anyone to play with. However the boxed set came with a goodly number of decent quality metal minis, which I promptly painted up to match my mechs. Then whiled away hour upon hour designing BTech aerospace fighters to match the miniatures.
