Depends on the weight class.

Lights -> Jenner (F or D)
Mediums -> Shadowhawk (any really)
Heavy -> CTF-3D
Assault ->HGN-733C

But the one true most OP mech easily is the Urbanmech. So OP, PGI refuses to release it (until maybe Tuesday when they release a "controversial" Light mech)

Assaults: Highlander, Victor
Heavy: Cataphract, Jagermech, Orion
Medium: Shadowhawk, Hunchback, Cicada if you like very high speed.
Light: Spider
