Any official status update? I'm still waiting for my mcs after i wrote a ticket before 8 hours.
Did you must send a push request for each transaction manually?

I've escalated your case internally, we're looking into it.

Apologies for the delay!

It's now been about 12 hours and the sale that was the whole point of buying MC is about to end. Not very happy with this company.

If you are still missing PayPal transactions please email our support staff and let them know. They'll be able to work with Playspan on getting your transaction completed successfully.

I read further up in the thread that someone who had their card declined still had the money withdrawn from their account. I attempted to do the purchase multiple times, am I at risk of overdraw?

Better write up playspan's support in this case!

Or you could just use this ;) support@mwomercs.com

I still can't make any MC purchase through Paypal because 'the seller' rejects the transaction (i'm assuming that's Playspan). I emailed support roughly 24 hours ago without a response so i'm hoping somebody here can help. Anybody know anything? :s

I'm still getting the same issue as Cpt Jesus & dynopig. Every time I try to do a Paypal transaction, it goes as far as Playspan and then gets cancelled.

Please drop Playspan and implement you own API for Paypal payments soon. Many of us that are still having problems with Paypal payments being cancelled is all becase of Playspan.

I am in the same boat...it gives me an error message saying paypal express has rejected my attempt to pay. I've sent 2 messages to the developers as they suggest but no response. With the new 2.0 and CB bill nerf my favorite game is getting harder and harder to enjoy. You'd think they would at least want my money :/

Same here. I first tried my bank card and my Serve card, then tried Paypal. All three gave an error message, with the Paypal order history saying that the seller had canceled the payment.
I'm wondering if this is a different issue than simply having a delayed MC purchase credited to your account.

For those of us who are still getting cancelled orders by Playspan, here is a for letter I got back from Playspan's support:

"Greetings,

Thank you for your email. Please know that online transaction are processed automatically by the system. As the process is automated, the system has several inbuilt security filters which verify the online transaction to ensure a safe and error free transaction. If the criteria set by these security filters are not met, the order gets declined. As informed in our previously your payment was declined for one or more of the following reasons:

-Your payment information is incorrect
-You are sending your payment behind a proxy
- You are travelling or accessing the internet on a public computer or from a public place (i.e. WiFi)
- Your IP address location is far apart from your billing address
-You have exceeded the amount of payments you are able to send in a specific period of time
-You have exceeded the dollar amount you are able to send in a specific period of time
-You have placed too many unsuccessful orders for your account in a short period of time

For future orders please correct any discrepancies and wait a full 48 hours before attempting a new payment. While placing new orders please update your billing information with your financial institution and check your computer settings. If the system still rejects your payment, you will need to select a different payment method for this account."

Please note the underlined, italic lines.

So if we try to purchase MC and it is cancelled and we think, hey that shouldn't have happened and try again it seems that the automated system is flagging it as a suspicious transaction. I probably triggered it because I tried to purchase more MC before 48 hours were up and then did about 3 attempts to retry.

I wish that PGI would get there own Paypal API and drop Playspan as this is not the first time that people in the community have had problems with Playspan and their silly automated system cancelling thier payments for no good reason.

I tried purchasing an Ultimate Game Card from PC Game Supply, and I got an email saying "While we made every effort possible to approve your transaction we were unable to verify the details of this transaction and your order #xxxxxxxxxx has been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience."

I wonder if it's a problem handling new customers. I've never bought any MC before.

It's Playspan that is the problem here, a lot of other people have had the same problems with them. I noticed that World Of Tanks doesn't use Playspan anymore and this is probably why.

I mean if you purchased one of their game cards and it's not even letting you pay with that, what does this say about the company.

So basically if i want to get a shiny new mech but i don't want to spend 30$, i can't make two smaller transactions so i'm only paying roughly 22$ (i use £) within a 48 hour period? That's complete balls. Admins seemed really, REALLY helpful a few days ago in this thread with the Paypal/Playspan issues (that was my first day playing since August so i was quite impressed) but the support my ticket received has been less than stellar; the person seemed not to read my first email saying payments were being rejected and assumed i was just missing some MC, plus it seems they don't work weekends so that's the natural 48 hours right there.

Thank you for the information, Landron. Much appreciated.
