Did you must send a push request for each transaction manually?

If you are still missing PayPal transactions please email our support staff and let them know. They'll be able to work with Playspan on getting your transaction completed successfully.

Please drop Playspan and implement you own API for Paypal payments soon. Many of us that are still having problems with Paypal payments being cancelled is all becase of Playspan.

I'm wondering if this is a different issue than simply having a delayed MC purchase credited to your account.

"Greetings,
Thank you for your email. Please know that online transaction are processed automatically by the system. As the process is automated, the system has several inbuilt security filters which verify the online transaction to ensure a safe and error free transaction. If the criteria set by these security filters are not met, the order gets declined. As informed in our previously your payment was declined for one or more of the following reasons:
-Your payment information is incorrect
-You are sending your payment behind a proxy
- You are travelling or accessing the internet on a public computer or from a public place (i.e. WiFi)
- Your IP address location is far apart from your billing address
-You have exceeded the amount of payments you are able to send in a specific period of time
-You have exceeded the dollar amount you are able to send in a specific period of time
-You have placed too many unsuccessful orders for your account in a short period of time
For future orders please correct any discrepancies and wait a full 48 hours before attempting a new payment. While placing new orders please update your billing information with your financial institution and check your computer settings. If the system still rejects your payment, you will need to select a different payment method for this account."
Please note the underlined, italic lines.
So if we try to purchase MC and it is cancelled and we think, hey that shouldn't have happened and try again it seems that the automated system is flagging it as a suspicious transaction. I probably triggered it because I tried to purchase more MC before 48 hours were up and then did about 3 attempts to retry.
I wish that PGI would get there own Paypal API and drop Playspan as this is not the first time that people in the community have had problems with Playspan and their silly automated system cancelling thier payments for no good reason.

I wonder if it's a problem handling new customers. I've never bought any MC before.

I mean if you purchased one of their game cards and it's not even letting you pay with that, what does this say about the company.
