I've been messing around with the settings in an attempt to get it to how it was before the patch. Does anyone know what settings would make mouse behavior like before the patch?
It seems like it is too fast or too slow now with nothing in between.

Greetings,
Reference your mouse settings;
What brand and model of mouse do you run?
In most case's the software for the mouse itself defines how the mouse will work, the in-game settings should not over ride these settings. I have a Logitech G700s unit and the mouse game software has all the settings for DPS, tracking, buttons, and button assignments included.
The MWO in-game button assignments will work as set, the sliders that adjust the scroll and speed settings are not the best solution for gaming.
My mouse can adjust the DPI "on the fly" so I have settings set for 200DPI for zoomed long range firing and click up to 1200DPI for fast torso movements. (to button clicks away.)
- slow and smooth or quick as required.
****
- try that to get back to the setting you had before, I suggest setting it in the training grounds.
We need more info on what you run to better help.

- Update: In the MWO settings, the 2 sliders within the mouse settings (sensitivity, smoothness)
- Use sensitivity to adjust how much movement is caused by your mouse.
- If you turn it all the way down (off) your mouse will not work.
