I don't see CW happening like it should with MWO, but whatever..

After looking through things I found the general view of those Jade Falcon dudes to be summed up like this..

-The strictly traditionalist Crusaders of Clan Jade Falcon have long resented and been envious of Clan Wolf for their strength, holdings, and (most of all) possession of the coveted Kerensky bloodline- = (Jealous)
.
-They lost both of their Khans in subsequent politicking. = (scheming backstabbers)
.
-They were the first Clan to taste defeat at the hands of Inner Sphere forces, losing on Twycross. = (got beat up)
.
-Not the vastness of space nor the Wolf’s obstinate howl will stay us from our righteous goal. = (Chip on shoulder)
.
.
It looks like without Clan Wolf, the Jade Falcon dudes wouldn't have a reason to get up in the morning.

"My child, you have come to me, my son. For who now is your father if it is not me? I am the well spring, from which you flow. When I am gone, you will have never been. What would your world be, without me? My son."

That quote is all I can think of when someone starts foaming at the mouth about this or that and Jade Falcon..
The Falconer skit from Saturday Night Live springs to mind.

FYI... I'm not associated with any Clan Unit or Clan...

Ironically, the Crusaders would take anyone and everyone they could with few questions just for the sake of having numbers...

LOL, say what?

Never a truer word spoken here, Clan Jade Falcon had to get up every morning to carry Clan Wolf, without someone that needed to be carried, you're absolutely right.

If he will be made a bondsman by a Crusader it will only mean he was not worthy of the true Wolves :)

I shall fight you one day! You in your clan mech! Me in my Misery!
I'll show you that I am worth of being a member (even boundsman) of the Warden Clan Wolf!

I think a Timberwolf would be a fair choice.
I believe you, but actions speak louder than words. Maybe, however, you could challenge instead a Crusader warrior to prove the Wardens are stronger :)

Anyway, i do not usually refuse a challenge. Just remind me of this some time around August, when i may be able to buy a Timberwolf :)

TLDR: (for shame!) source?

It was just my guess, based on this:

Finally, Clan Wolf (in-Exile) is now in an extremely difficult position. As the only abjured Clan left in the Inner Sphere, they remain a target for extermination by any of their former brothers. Worse, with heavy losses from the recent fighting on the Falcon front, and limited options to replenish them, it would probably only take a single, determined, focused effort by one Clan to finish them off. For now, the Exiles remain loyal to the Lyran Commonwealth, but the Wolf Empire has been capitalizing on their predicament by sending out feelers to Exile-held worlds, hoping to convince them that “coming home” to Clan Wolf will be preferable to extermination by the Jade Falcons.
- Field Manual 3145.

let's wait and see the next few years in battletech timeline, but I think they will reunite.

That question may come to a coin toss for me...I enjoy both mechs so much. I might end up leaning toward the Dire Wolf if the loadout in my head is at all possible though...

If you ask me, i would say Timberwolf, but you know i have a love for it and i have not a passion for slow assaults. I know the Dire Wolf's firepower is incredible, but a Timberwolf is faster and cooler
Eventually, it will be your choice

Easy answer for me. I'll take both!

....
I think I'll get the Dire Wolf too. I'll name my Prime Dire Wolf "Epsilon".
Seriously, having a premium Dire Wolf and a premium Timber Wolf will be awesome to make and "mech" C-Bill! <_<

I boast not at all, merely relate the facts.

You're only there because you ran, but yes. Anyone can survive a battle by running from it, if they run fast enough.

But the OP laid claim to being the true inheritors of Clan Wolf, I say that the Great Founder would be embarressed to have his name associated with this "Wolf In Exile".

These self labelled Wolves make pretenses at conducting themselves as Clans but when tested, fail. Possessing Omnimechs does not make a Clan.

Led by a freebirth, hiding behind the skirts of his freebirth parents, shielded by barbarian armies, dreaming of glories lost on the field of battle.

This is not the vision of Kerensky.

kerensky was a freebirth. just saying.

He probably means that many staunch Crusaders are wrong in disrespect freeborns and treat them as inferior, for this means they feel superior to the Great Father and Founder themselves, two freebirth we all revere with most respect.

Wrong?????????????????????

For all the Founders ability, a Trueborn warrior is the product of specific selective breeding. They are tailored for warfare, not a chance happening in a billion souls.

Most Freebirths are capable of very little that is great in warfare.

Do not elevate the unskilled and inferior masses on the back of the Founders deeds. They are worthy of respect in their field, but no more than that. To rank than higher than their capability is to do yourself a dishonour, and a waste of resources.
