So here we got my two best Thunderbolt builds, I had three, the third one being a three er large lase build, for long range direct fire support, but having to always chain fire the ERLL's it wasn't really as effective as I had wanted it to be.

http://mwo.smurfy-ne...5d0b71f58bf6fb6 This build was my first one and the one I've had the most success with. It's really not that different from stock, and it's main roll in a match is to provide long range missile support, with the lasers and mgs to mop up anyone that makes it past your missiles.

http://mwo.smurfy-ne...dffc93e72a3bbc8 This second build is my brawling build, while I've had some successes with it, I haven't had as much with it as the first one. Basic brawler stragey with this one, get into range and start blasting with the lbx and srms.

Looking at your LRM build, you could move the right torso LRM ammo to the head, and locate the AMS ammo somewhere else in the body, saving yourself half a ton from the CASE. IIRC, AMS and machine gun ammo explosion damage are negligible.

Maybe, but then what would I do with the extra weight? That's extra weight I'd be getting wouldn't really be enough to be able to do anything else with.

You could either add some armor to those legs, or lose some from the arms to squeeze in an extra heat sink:

Hmmm ok I'll have to try that next time, more heat efficiency is always good, though I hadn't had any problems with having my legs blown off in it yet.

You'll have to see what works best for you. Good hunting!

Trying it with another DHS added on but had't really noticed any difference in it yet.

This is probably the golden setup for the 5SS. Except, switch the RA weapons with the RT like this:

RT points are higher up, giving you some sniping capabilities, and better armored.
