Ummm I didnt see anything in the game pertaining to these discount packages.
Nor did I see an option for purchase on the above web page

The Store tab in the game client is now working. All sales are available in there.

nevermind, I clicked on Store and saw the option for bundles.

It may take some time getting used to this new UI

In the in-game store, under "Bundles" I am told

A couple thoughts:
1) try resetting the game (sounds weird, but like some computer errors, turning it off and back on helps)
2) send a ticket into support
3) there was another but as I was typing out the () bit for 1) I forgot it

I hope they soon get a hover popup to work in the client so you know what the bundle contains without looking on this site.

It's their first time making a bundled system. It is bound to show a few bugs.

Actually if you click BUY it gives you a check-out that lists the items, the "full value" and your discounted cost.
