When i try to return from endo-steel to standart structure, it says i need to pay 500k c-bills. Is it ok, or I do something wrong? Or its just bugged?

That's fine. The price varies with the size of the mech. Standard structure (a heavier structure but with more condense metals freeing up slots) is just what most mechs start with.
Endo steel, a lighter, older metal that consumes slots, is usually expensive to put on. The price is simply a money sink for "paying the engineers" to do the work.
Most lights and mediums use endo steel to carry more stuff. Some heavies use it, some don't. Almost no assaults use it.

To be clear, not only do you pay for upgrades, but you must also pay cbills to go back, or downgrade.
