As of Tuesday last week, I'm unable to connect to mwomercs.com unless I hide behind a VPN (like Im running now). But its slooow to be VPN'ing so I cant run the game while doing so. Thats kind of annoying and I've been contacting support, but to no avail. Does any of you guys have a sollution to this ?

Stragely enought I can run the game just fine without VPN, only not the website...

Can you post the results of a tracert to mwomercs.com?

If you dont know how to do this on most versions of windows its:

start: run or search box, type cmd
run cmd.exe
this will give you a command prompt, enter tracert mwomercs.com

then if you can post the complete results, should give an idea of where its failing. Im guess its a ISP issue to me.

Talk to your ISP since it looks like the server is actually getting blocked/dropped. Do you get the same thing for mwtactics.com ?

border1.te7-1-bbnet1.tor001.pnap.net [70.42.24.132] is the last relay that responds to pings on the way to mwomercs.com or the game server. It has been this way for awhile, I believe due to frequent DDOS attacks.

I am able to access the website and game normally so I'm guessing the problem might lie elsewhere.

Ive talked with my ISP and they cant relate to the problem. It just my router this is happening for. And mwomercs.com is the only site blocking/getting blocked. My guess is that the routers mac is being blacklisted by mwomercs.com but support has been of very little help as of lately. Strange considering I cant give them money as transactions to them is blocked too...

Try changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and see if that helps.

Would love to, but as to how it was done, Kyle Polulak who fixed it, wasn't overly informative. So his name is the closest thing to a solution that I can share... Sorry. That said: I still cant pay for MCs...

Kyle is PGI's "internet guy".

My guess, your IP got blacklisted. VPN switched your IP. Kyle unblacklisted you - and voila things are fixed.

Sounds resonable... I think it was the routers mac that was blacklisted as the first thing my ISP did was assigning a new IP to the router... Who knows. Still cant buy MCs, but Kyle is on that thing too, so I guess it'll work some time soon
