TAG
2x LRM 5 2tons Ammo
3 ML's

Never tried an LRM Jenner before and I was just curious if anyone else has tried since the new LRM change and if its even worth it?

Just curious is all.

Thats probably the best you can get the LRM jenner d as far as build wise

this here is less mobile but with more ammo
i shaved cockpit armor and 1 point of armor on most componets and dropped a jumpjet
to add another tonn of ammo

or you could leave the .50 tonn's of armor and drop to a XL 295 and drop a jumpjet for another ton of lrm ammo

or go 142 kph and pack a ams system of your own -_-

or you could take off the arm armor and take out all the medium lasers in place for a ER large laser at 150.2 kph
1 er large laser - 2 lrm 5 - 540 lrm ammo - 150.2 kph - 197 armor

i've tried it a time or two and was kinda fun but had bad team compositions to really get a feel for it. kept being the only light on the team with it so not really the best scenario for a light looking to LRM from odd angles/locations when all the other lights zoomed in on me. did manage to squeeze in the 4th ML but i forget how else i had it set up.

edit- oops didn;t notice the tag instead of the 4th ML

To use this build effectively, you really need to be on at least a 3-4 man premade who can back you up. When you're just solo-pugging, you'll get ripped apart by enemy Lights.

I've run a twin LRM5 Locust, and it's reasonably effective. The key is to stick to the fringes of combat and toss in missiles, and to make sure that if you draw attention to yourself that you are in a position to get the hell out of dodge. It works a lot better on the bigger maps, where you have a lot more room to disappear.

I tried it way back when I was leveling Jenners.

The best I can say is that you'll level it quickly because you'll get lots of assists by doing a tiny amount of damage to a lot of Mechs. However, you'll be a liability to your team.

(Jenner-F on the other hand is a beast.)

Here is a
Three - LRM 5
One - LRM 10
900 lrm ammo - 114.6 kph oxide
but no bap :)

LRM 25 that can punch through ams - no room to fit bap unless you want to take out a tonn of lrm ammo

or Four lrm 5's at 129.8 kph with BAP and 900 lrm ammo - Take out BAP to go 142.6 kph
