True. However, for MWO purposes it seems all the non-assaults now have a JJ-capable core. Ironically, this means most people will have to buy all three just to get the hardpoints they want to meta together.

OK, not ironic. And keep em too, so no selling one if you wanna use the parts!

cant wait to see teh new poptart masterrace, gonna be nothing but timberwolf everywher.

Okay, let's get some hardpoint locations...

(BTW: did he or anybody mention/ask if there will be clan BAP, er, AP available...)

One of the Nova configurations is listed as having BAP.

Can it be available for other chassis like the BAP can go on any IS mech?

You guys seem to be forgetting you can swap the pods around as well as the weapons. It's more important to note the loadout by location rather than total loadout on each variant. We'll also be seeing other pods in the store that don't come on the variants.

That I am not entirely sure - there is another website like sarna that lists off the actual paper dolls from TT - but I keep losing track of it (it doesn't load well for me)

It should exist so I don't see why not.

Since the only website I have access to that lists anything about them is Sarna - not much I can help with that.

(none of the other sites I have found load well)

Didn't know if it was variant specific (ie: ECM) for OmniMechs, since it's rare on some clan layouts.

I think you'll have to settle for 3.

You're a brave individual. I commend you for remaining chipper despite this unfortunate turn of events. B)

I will say I think going for 2 UAC10s and a UAC20 may be better since that will allow you to pack on a few back up lasers.

But still yes?

Which mechs?

I really don't care if I can only have 1 ton of ammo. I am going to go for the old dishonorable Hunchback IIC style of play: "After the actions of a star of Smoke Jaguar Warden MechWarriors, however, this 'Mech has become popular with Clan Jade Falcon sibbies during their first Trial of Position as it often allows them one quick kill, though the practice is often derided by older Clanners."

BINGO.

Just as I feared, the Timber Wolf S with Jumpjets AND ballistic hardpoints on the torsos/shoulders.

All hail the new jump sniper meta KING.

(edit: that ammo tonnage...wtf)

Being that the clan UAC's are supposedly going to be burst fire,I doubt they will jive well with the poptart meta that has been prevalent in MWO for over a year now.

Wait, aren't they giving clan LBX's the option to fire single shot slugs?

Nevermind. All hail the new king of poptarts.

The Dire Wolf B is listed as having 4 UAC2s split between left and right torso. If you match the arms from the prime variant to those you could mount 4 UAC20s.
