Yes, of course

I gonna go 3 Novas:

No1: Prime Arms + S Torso's
10x ER Medium lasers
4x Machine gun

No 2: Prime Arms and 1 B Torso
13 flamers

No 3: Prime
4 ER LL.

maybe with time another fourth one, but not sure if this works, since Nova arms with the Energy variants have lower arm actuators, which are said arn'T there when ER PPC's are used.:

No 4: Prime
2ER PPC
10ER small lasers.

The $$ price corresponds with the C-Bill price. For example most clan mechs, even lights, cost more than IS assaults. A stock Timberwolf Prime costs 24Mil C-Bills. (sarna.net) That's more than the most fully customized Atlas D-DC (about 18 Mil C-Bills). This is before counting the price for the omni pods (should be reasonably cheap actually).

The Phoenix package was well received because it was 20 USD per tier, and we honestly got 30-45 dollars more per tier for what we paid for.

It may not show with the Clan Packages, but even the 240$ tier is worth it, because you're getting roughly 300-400 dollars in value out of it.

The Gold Khan package (500$, or Masakari+260$) is not really worth the value, but it's more for showing support for the game. If it was me and not IGP (pretty sure they dictate the prices), I would put it at 300$ tops. I can guarantee you they would have sold significantly more of them. Even if the golds are limited to specific number of sales.

They mentioned that many variants identical to the ones being released will not be included as a full mech, but the unique omnipods they have (like the Kit fox C right arm with ECM) will be available for purchase. Since the Kitfox A and C are extremely similar it's not worth adding a full new mech, when you can just plop the arm on instead.

Timberwolf S??

Holy crap. 5JJ flying multi-AC ERPPC TimberWolf poptarts. I was really hoping they wouldn't include a JJ capable Timberwolf. Gonna be so many of those bunny hopping around

S core, S side torsos, C Arms= 5JJ, LT B, RT B, RA B, LA 2X E (and 4 M slots if you want)

Not sure how much pinpoint alpha you can squeeze into that though. JJs take up a lot of room/weight. Also we dont know yet if LBX standard rounds are going to work the same as cUAC (PP or DOT?)

In fact, being less than a month away, it's remarkable just how much we don't know about what they're trying to sell us.

But I digress . . .

Totally gonna refit the Adder A with 2 er large lasers and 2 SSRM-6s with 2 tons of ammo (maybe downgrade an SSRM for a BAP if ECM becomes a problem).

Cant wait to see a talented light pick you apart you META ****. Get a little creative with your builds for once. You're ruining the game!

All builds are welcome, and to be honest, I thought of something similar. I think you can fit 2 Gauss + 3CERPPCs (75 point alpha, but you overheat if you fire one more weapon after that). Unless I made a mistake with my pod space allocations.

I hate some of the meta builds, but that's mostly because I like running MLs, so I end up being short-ranged in comparison. However, I have no qualms with them, they are effective in certain aspects, and easy to break in others. Honestly, the meta was nasty for me for a while, but after I adjusted my piloting style I've found myself facing these mechs at under 400 meters, where I can bring all my weapons to bear. Or I'm in a light, and I don't really care what the enemy is packing because I'll get behind them and break them.

Man, some GaussJagers messed me up good yesterday. The torso twist on those things is unsporting, especially when there's like a full lance of them. Points to them for the mad aiming skills though. I haven't used gauss since the beta, and I get the definite vibe that the warmup would throw me off something fierce.

/edit: Also, SPLaser spam. All of the SPLasers on all of the builds.

While I can't afford the cash preorder, and I'll be damned if I'll play the hundreds of matches to grind out a Direwolf, I looke forward to seeing a friends 4-5 LBX-10 beast.

I'm looking forward to see what I can do with the lights though. :P
Loadouts for em look interesting, though slightly more excited for the second light and it's fixed flamer. :P
