What exactly is an "exclusive and special edition mech"? Does that mean Sarah's Jenner, or all hero mechs?

There have been a lot of Jagers and ShadowHawks as well. Because of the weight limits, Firestarters, Jenners and Spiders have also been quite common. Highlanders have been almost non-existent for the whole tournament, btw - they just can't compete with the Victors.

EDIT: Oh, final round hasn't happened yet, fair enough. (The tournament happens in the early hours of the morning where I am, so I'm not following it.)

i would imagine they mean the founders and phoenix chassis as well as the grid iron that came with a cheer leader cockpit item and Sarah's Jenner of course.

I think exclusive & special edition is referring to 'mechs like Founders, Phoenix Variants, Sarah's Jenner etc.

Champions/Hero's will still be on sale, and yes I expect to see Dragon-Slayers on 50% this weekend haha

I'd love to predict that the only mech on sale at the end of this will be the Dragon Slayer, but the tonnage limits on the drops prevent it.

mmmmm, why don't they make the same exact loadouts available. That would have been so much more cooler than this this sale.

Also announcing a sale without announcing the names of the mechs on that sale, is either stupid or premature.
