Missing Modules If I Got To Correct For The New Mod System?

Is anyone else having this issue?

I load into my DDC, which has a 360 target retention and an advanced zoom. the DDC is mastered, so should get one mech slot and one variable module slot (from what I was given to understand).

I get an critical triangle in the mech lab stating that my current build is invalid. Kinda expected something like this, as with the new system they may not have the time to change old info for new.

I go to make the changes, but I notice that it wants me to BUY the modules once again. (it lists the modules in the new categories, but states I have 0 of either owned). Instead of saving, I hit the back button just as fast as I can when i see that! ( ) When I do, I still get the invalid on the DDC but I do see that I have the modules in question still.

My question is this, and two fold:

If I would have saved, would it have required me to buy the two modules again? (12m cbills)
And if that is the case, was it intended to be like that?

If anyone has any info on it, I'd greatly appreciate it, as this one was a bit of a biggie for me (if it wasn't intended, it, of course, is a bug and no one has any control over when they pop up; if it was intended, I think we need to get with the moderators to see about opening a dialogue over the feasibility of getting those modules back, or some sort of CBILL reimbursement for the lost modules).

Been a PGI fan, still a PGI fan, will probably always be a PGI fan, but this one hurts, if its intended this way. ;)

No you couldn't lose your modules that way.
The numbers of items you own are stored in your account, and where they're placed is a different bit of information, if something DID disappear in to the void then Customer Support can fix that. But it was thought through with that error warning apparently ;)

I appreciate the answer, and thats what I figured. Whats thew me was the fact that when I went to make the changes to make the atlas valid, it said i had 0 owned for each module, and the price tag was still the same. Made the faith jump, and it didn't charge me, so everything's all good. Thanks!

I have the same problem, but, mine are missing! I do not have enough credits to rebuy them, so equipping them is not an option, even if I would not be charged for them.

There are some instances where the modules are still on a mech but not visible for whatever reason.
For instance I have an arti strike showing, but couldn't fit a cool shot.
I removed the arti strike and the cool shot was actually underneath it!

So if your modules are gone then make sure they're not fitted. I went through all my commonly used mechs and used the strip module function to clean them up for use.
