So... I put in a support ticket on Monday concerning a purchase made over the weekend that got charged to my account but never updated on my account. THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE! I started a second ticket on tuesday with the same results.

I am aware that this is not the location for this kind of post but it has been a full business week. WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED ANY SORT OF RESPONSE!

Is the person in charge of customer support out sick or something? Are support tickets just not getting submitted?

I would call and speak to someone directly, but I can't seem to find a phone number to call.

They skipped your ticket, for easier ones. That, or maybe it doesn't requrie a response? Ask an admin see what they say.

How fancy, a response from the man himself.

Seems the Game Masters are over-capacity at the moment. We sincerely apologize for the delay.

So, the Game Masters are over capacity, eh? It is sort of like placing a black gumball at the top of the stack and trying to get it out of the machine, it just does not happen too quickly, the machine has to deal with every other gumball in the way first. :P
Still, I must wonder how the Game Masters have been so soundly defeated by their workload. Too many people sending in redundant and superfluous tickets, I would imagine. :)

Since refunds are no longer being given with the complimentary ban, the workload hould be lightening up.

Oxford comma, deal with it.

O.o

The Oxford Comma is the one that comes before conjunction words (and, or, nor...) in a list of three or more items. Such as, "I destroyed his arm, his leg, [<--] and his right torso."

I sent a general email in to support last week and got no response. Yesterday I put in a trouble ticket but it still hasn't showed up as a current ticket on my support page.

I'm not even sure if the support team got my ticket.

As has been stated in this post several times, the PGI support team has been working diligently towards clearing a massive amount of support backlog. Please reference the link below for the most recent information by Niko, the Community Manager, about the current status of the workload.
