I know this is way later than the original post but I purchased the timber wolf a la carte package last Friday at 3:30, the pay pal system was one I had not used yet however it seemed to work fine until it failed to load a confirmation page. When I checked my bank account the money had been removed, pay pal also sent me the receipt and transfer information ( payment received by russ.bullock@mwo.com). On the mwo.com website there is no mention of my timberwolf pre order, although it does show the dire wolf a la carte that I had purchased earlier and received without problem. I have emailed support three times, once on Friday again on Monday after 4pm and today Tuesday after 4pm. I still have not heard anything back and its getting a bit frustrating! I also purchased MC with pay pal over the weekend and it appeared almost instantly with no problem.. so whats up with the timber package? any info would be greatly appreciated!
