I'm trying to create a support ticket, but it keeps telling me to select a category. I've tried in two different browsers, but there is nothing in drop menu except "select a category".
Any suggestions?

Write a mail directly to support@mwomercs.com

Did that over the weekend, still waiting to hear back. Some companies respond faster or only to a ticket so I wasn't sure.

Our agents are available 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern, Monday to Friday excluding Canadian Holidays
That's why they don't answer on weekends. Though you should have gotten an automated reply that your mail has been recieved, together with a ticket number applied to it.
There also appears to be a rather big backlog of tickets. At least there was two weeks ago. It will need some time to get that sorted and depending on the urgency of your topic, it might take a few days till they respond in person.

Also this was a long weekend, with Monday being a holiday (support doesn't work on holidays) and Niko has said a few times recently that support was overloaded with tickets.
you can check ticket status here http://mwomercs.com/support/tickets although it doesn't look like it carried over any of the pre-server migration data.
I've only ever sent directly by email and it still ended up in the ticket queue without any issues.

What was the issue? it is possible some of us in the community can help, if not a tweet to Russ might help.
The community can't help with real $ purchase questions after the fact.

Then that means you didn't see this post http://mwomercs.com/...ost__p__3717477 about a Tweet I sent to Russ....
