Thanks for your reply. I did cancel an attemp in the past but a few days later followed through with the purchase. Today is 9-8-2014 and as of 9-7-2014 I still don't have any Mechs. I sent a reply to support@mwomers.com this morning and still haven't gotten a reply back from them. I just now found your reply in this thread.

The Paypal transaction appears to have gone through a third party call PlaySpan. Thanks to your reply I will continue to wait. The lack of response from Support had me contemplating disputing the carge with Paypal.

Ok I'm in the same boat as this guy. Tried email and got the automated response.

Try to create a ticket through support and you can't select a topic.

So the forums was my next option.

Its been almost 2 weeks since my purchase of 2 A la carte.

If email doesn't work and support section doesn't work then where would you submit a receipt?

Sorry if I sound frustrated.

But my card has been charged

I ordered the Clan Collection today before injection and I do not even see the order on my profile. And yet, Paypal shows as completed.
