I Can't Enter A Support Ticket On The Website.

I have two support request that I've sent in to "support@mwomercs.com". I received the bounceback saying there's a ticket and I've heard nothing. Every Tuesday I've mailed in requesting an update, no one's ever gotten back to me.

Aug 26 14:24 follow up to request #132109 assigned request #140431
and
Sep 01 22:26 assigned request #140430


I also tried to create a support ticket here:
http://mwomercs.com/support/ticket/new

Didn't work. No category was available, and when I submit it says "Please select a category and try again".

I tried posting in http://mwomercs.com/...66#entry3712266

But no one responded.

Have you tried emailing support@mwomercs.com?

Not that it seems to help. Support seem to be at least 7 days behind. It might be much longer. Good luck though!

I mailed them to create the tickets, and attempting to follow up on the 2nd and the 9th. No response to any of the tickets, or follow up requests. First mail to support@mwomercs.com was on Aug 26th.

Support ticket system is not working for me either. Can't select a category so it won't let me submit a new ticket.

I know you guys are backlogged because of the move and all but come on, the support ticket system not working is just plain wrong.

It doesn't appear that posting in the forums works better than submitting a ticket or sending in an e-mail.

humm.... perhaps a letter? Maybe a candygram? I will ponder.

Yeap, same here couldnt select a category. Sent an email through got a confirmation. Will see what happens. They definetly need to fix the select category bug though.

I got a response!

Strangely it was for the Sept 1st ticket, rather than the Aug 26th ticket. But this represents actual headway.

Things are looking up :)

You can always reference the older ticket in your reply to support to make them aware of it.

I love your game dudes, but man. Broken things frustrate me sometimes.
