My Founders Badge Is Missing?

Hello, I have been trying to figure out how to get my legendary founder badge to show up with no luck. I have searched and set the option in the game client and no dice...

I notice that when I view another founder's profile that their group is set to '______ Founders' whereas my group is set to 'Members'.

I have a feeling this is part of the problem - Can someone help me with this issue?

You will need to email support for that support@mwomercs.com as it sounds like you were removed out of the founders group. When you email them try and provide a copy of your receipt or transaction id or similar that way they can verify you are a founder.

This happens when you save any changes to options - it forgets your founders tag is set to show. To fix: first, untick the founders tag display and save. Then go back in and tick it and save again. You need to do it any time you change options in setup.

it would show here in the forums regardless of his game settings.

Thank you for your help peeps, I have sent an email to support.

I'm sure they can see that I am a legendary founder as I still see the icon inside of my profile - and 4 founders mechs in my mechbay. I just am assigned to the wrong group. (Probably from my recent unban)

How long does it usually take for support to answer an email? working on 3rd day now with no response...

It can take a while, PGI just took over support from IGP at the start of the month and are currently heavily back logged. Try giving Niko Lewb...hell no idea how to spell his name look in this forum for it :P.

I've been relaxing for 6 days, almost 7 now... clearly relaxing isn't working.

It's not like my issue is hard to fix or something, probably akin to clicking like 6 buttons and problem solved.

Payment issues require much more time I would assume. Some efficiency could be gained by knocking out the 'low-hanging-fruit'.

My Legendary Founders tag is also missing. As you can see I'm only in the members group. I have sent a request to support, but I'm wondering if this will have had any effect on my in-game C-Bill earings?

The Title and Badge are separate. You can have one, the other, both, or neither. They are set in-game.

The Title is there -- "Legendary Founder" just above the number of posts.

The Badge is not.

What I would suggest is changing your Badge in-game to something other than Legendary Founder, save, then switch it back to LF and save again. That should reset it.

No it will not affect your earnings, as they depend on the 'Mech not your Badge.

I'm a Legendary Founder, I just choose to have Wrath for both my Title and Badge.
