I'm assuming the conventional build is 4ML + SRM4 or 6?

Finding this variant to be a complete bore...and I end up with extremely low scoring rounds vs the D or F.

I only have access to a 280XL for it.

i've tried

2ERLL
2LL + 2ML
2LL + SRM
ERPPC + 2ML (actually liked this one the best)

1LL+3ML+SRM

Are there any other things to try? Feel like i covered a lot of what you could do with it.

Guess I could try Narc in it.

Really wish I could get 2 PPCs or 2 LPL on it without having to sacrifice even more armor or speed.

Have you tried carrying a Narc for the multitude of LRM boats found in game right now? Sure you might not see big damage numbers, but you'll see plenty of rewards at the end of a game for your assists

Fit anything on the JR7-K and be glad when you can return to the F or D variant. 280XL is quite a good engine for IS Lights/ Jenners.

I think I have determined that I just highly dislike the Jenner in general and that is why the K is just sucking it for me. K seems gimped to me. If I wanted to narc I would just take my raven 3L

Not sure what it is, out of all the IS lights, and I own at least 3 variants of all of them and they are all elite or higher (except the jenners), I just don't get it...something funky about the way they move or something.
