i am wanting to build a jenner with mostly lbx can it be done and what jenner should i get

sorry but no Jenner has a Balistic hardpoint so you cannot fit an LBX to a Jenner.

closest you can do is a Cicada, which is basically an overweight Jenner without Jump Jets, the CDA-3M can mount an LBX10, 4 medium lasers and an ECM with something like 120kph

MWO, you cannot.

Don't despair.
There are a few 35 tonners that can carry it.
Firestarter FS9-H.
Raven 4X (this thing has better hitboxes than the Jenner anyway)

On the Clan side: Adder.

IS, 30 tons: Urbanmech (any), Spider 5K.

Clan, 30 tons: Kit Fox.

Oh wow. Okay not that many.
Don't despair though. Take this and look for ballistic ( B ) hardpoints.
If you're looking to have Jenner-like speed with an LBX, you should look at the Cicada ballistic variants. One of which has ECM that can help hide you from enemy detection. CDA-3M. The CDA 2C can carry twin LBX if you so wanted but the endeavor is expensive due to needing a smaller sized eXtra Light engine than often used.
