... as a team!
I'm seeing more unit cohesion and tactical thinking, more than I ever saw during the challenge. especially...
... in pug matches!
some matches are total losses but that's because the enemy team was able to pick up the slack...
... and move together!

In reflection with this Victor Challenge is the fact since the rewards were so far and few between (either 1 or 20), people were more willing to get into situations to get the Premium time, rather than to get the Victor.
Friday was prime time to actually get completion due to most players fighting for the premium time.
by Sunday night I knew I wasn't going to complete the challenge and ended up playing as bait for the enemy team, which resulted in more team wins but more self-destruction due to the lack of support.
Monday morning rolled around after the competition and I do the bait and switch thing again...
... only to have more success in persuading the team to team up and move... and a lower team casualty rate due to comrades bailing each other out of sticky situations.
More players got kills, assists, and survived the match... AFTER the competition, rather than during the hours.
well, I, uh....
