But everytime I do it tells me there already is a version of MWO installed on my computer.

I know for a fact that this is incorrect because not only do I remember specifically uninstalling MWO a while ago but there is also not only zero MWO related folders such as Piranha games, but also because Search doesn't bring anything like the launcher up. Does anyone know the solution to this problem? None of my friends have an answer to this, and the launcher log files haven't told me anything useful.

I've run things like CCleaner to try to find anything wrong but that hasn't turned anything up either

Please disregard everything in here, a friend decided to only tell me how he fixed this exact issue AFTER I made this thread.
