King Crab-000(L) Can't Skills?

Hey, just got my new crab and when I tried to basic it, all the skills are locked? Bought the other 2 crabs and I can basic them out... Anyone else have this issue?

Edit: Huh, ok so after getting all the basics on the other crabs I can now basic my 000... Nevermind me then.

I had this with the Atlas S. Restart the client and you should be good.
