Where Is The Guide/help To Cw?

I feel like there is some underground private club with all the info on this.
How can PGI expect anyone to come into this game and have any clue what to do when even a vet has no clue? CW might be the most awesome thing ever....but where is the FAQ a basic over view, anyting...

There should be some sort of in-game explanation, really. They need to stop expecting everyone, including new players, to visit the forums to learn how to play the game. Ain't nobody got time for that. The UI needs a handful of important, informative pop-up messages with text and pictures, and a little box in the corner that says "Don't show this message again".
