So yeah this thing is pretty cool and I was asked to post this up =P The game is playable on the back, and as you can see from the pictures, you can switch your weapons around by physically moving the arms and earpods on the MadCat about, which reflects in the mini game on the back as well. The cockpit opens up and that's where the batteries go, though I didn't have a screw driver to open it and I have no idea if the game actually still works on the back haha. This is the MadCat from MechWarrior 3, and the game is supposed to represent MechWarrior 3. This toy came out in 2000. That's all I really know about it. The legs move to and have joints like a proper mech, the torso also can twist slightly. One of the legs is bent as you can see, and I have to try bending it back into place at some point.

EDIT:

Bonus Pic: Had some fun with photoshop...well GIMP actually but the term has just kinda become "hey that's totally photoshopped!" Would be weird to say "Hey that's totally gimped!" I guess
