We have our first faction mech. The heavy harasser of the DCMS, the Dragon 1N.

Hopefully that means we will see the Grand Dragon soon.

Going back to sleep now to wait for the announcement of the Panther.

(Waiting for the No-Dachi, Akuma, Komodo, and Raptor. But they are all at least 3055+ mechs)

MMMM.... Raptor... 11.5t of omni space on a 25t design that goes 7/11.

3050 DOES mean we get the Hatamoto-Chi. Nice to see the admins revealed one of our faction mechs first, given how CBT gave us the shaft(Here's HTP:Misery now shut the f*ck up and buy Deep Periphery Sourcebook:The Search for More Money on PDF)

That's the -1N, but the -1C is actually rather interesting. Extremely dinky ranged weaponry, but that thing will never, ever run out of ammo before it runs out of lifespan with the extra three tons of armor. And it's got huge reach. Great for picking on smaller opponents.

You can see the spots the missiles shoot from in the center (seven of the holes can be seen, and you can sorta see the last three)

That aside, long story short, YES! <_<

Still in the front torso, it's just fairly subtle.

And the possibilities just flood in. Perhaps we could knock out the Left side 5 pack and leave the enemy (or ourselves) with a make shift LRM 10/2. That would be very cool stuff.

LOL Muhahahaha

Liao here, and I disagree.
You already got Jenner, which is Kurita design too. Don't be selfish and leave the next to us. <_<

Yes and no. The Jenner is used by the DCMS (JR7-K) and FedSuns (JR7-D). The dragon is purely built in the DCMS by LAW.

Raptor is 3052, Komodo is 3053.

Pass.
I'd much rather have the HTM-27U Hatamoto-Hi.
Swap both SRM-Launchers for quad MPL?
Yes please.

The -1C? Are you nuts?
The only real weapons on that thing are the MLs and the LRM-10.
The AC/2 is a joke on a heavy 'mech.
No wait, sorry, that isn't true.
An AC/2 is a joke regardless of where its mounted.

You're right, we need to get an Urbie in here.

Quote

The Jenner is used by the DCMS (JR7-K) and FedSuns (JR7-D)

Wrong, actually.
A lot of TRO:3025 'Mechs were given designations arbitrarily. The AS7-D Atlas has the "D" standing for DeChavillier, and not for Davion.
Its built by Diplan 'Mechyards and Luthien Armour Works.
Diplan has factories on Aix-la-Chapelle (Benjamin District) and used to have one on Ozawa (destroyed in 2837) Which, at that time, was part of the Dieron District.
Luthien Armour Works has factories for it on Abiy Adi (Pesht District), Luthien (Pesht District), New Samarkand (Galedon District). So no FedSuns.
Besides, the DC designed the Jenner JR7-A, JR7-C, JR7-D, JR7-F, JR7-K... etc.
Also, one would assume that the FedSuns would hate the Jenner due to its role in the Kentares IV Massacre.

In MPBT: Solaris, the Dragon-1C was a nice mech if well used. Granted in MPBT you were able to aim for cockpits with that AC/2 and LRM, which is a little improbably in the Battletech Universe.....but was still alot of fun <_<

Blackjack in Solaris was a beast with those AC/2s. Loved that mech.
